February has been a month of moves and moving – oh, not The Composer or Mrs C – we are here still here to welcome guests, but moving has been the theme of the month. If it stood still we painted it otherwise we moved it!
Our staff have completed all the deep cleaning, moving, shifting, replacing, painting and updating that makes Composers the sparkling 5 star accommodation our guests enjoy. It’s amazing just how much needed doing! Even when we thought we had finished we still found little jobs that we hadn’t put on ‘the list’! So now, even the smallest details on the list are completed and everything is in place, sparkling (and often new and replaced) so we can welcome guests confident that we reach the high standard we set. We are satisfied!
Added to all the physical work in the properties we also ensure guests who visit our website have confidence that we are a Google ‘secure’ site. So what does that mean? Well, here’s what Google say….
Look at the URL of the website. If it begins with “https” instead of “http” it means the site is secured using an SSL Certificate (the s stands for secure). SSL Certificates secure all of your data as it is passed from your browser to the website’s server.
So if Google says it, who are we to argue? We take guest security seriously. It’s amazing how many accommodation providers as well as on line web sites do not have appropriate security. So now, thanks to our IT Consultants, visiting our site and booking on line is more secure than ever. Another tick in the box.
Finally we come to Speedy! That’s a word our staff know only too well. Regular turnovers in the ‘window’ of cleaning means we need to keep up to speed completing the tasks and maintenance to ensure guests have prompt access on arrival. But, once here, guests now enjoy another speedy service – our WI-FI service has (finally!!!) joined the 21st Century and higher rate broadband is available in our properties and it’s better than ever, so that’s a safe, secure and speedy service we are delighted to accept for our guests and ourselves.
So we head into March, ready in every way, for visiting guests. We’re satisfied, all is secure and our speedy service means we are always ready for YOU…..why not visit us soon and see for yourself?
